3 Dot Exercise

3 Dot Exercise

This is a great warm-up exercise for either dry fire, Sim training, or live fire.  This short low round count exercise focuses your mind while reminding your body how to manipulate your equipment.

Why

With this 15 round exercise, you will test every part of your weapons handling skills in less than 5 minutes.

  • Check your weapons presentation from any carry
  • Check your natural point of aim
  • Check your ability to rapidly move from major muscles to fine motor skills
  • Check your ability to perform reloads under stress
  • Check your ability to remember to seek cover while loading
  • For the instructor, they can quickly identify anyone that may have safety violations or need some reminders.
